BETA Consulting Group started in early 2022 with a mission of guiding companies to sustained growth through sales and marketing strategies that work. We use the Storybrand framework to ensure everyone in your organization is using the right words, because when your message is fuzzy, so are your results. We create structure and process to create efficiency and boost productivity, because when your team feels chaos, so does your bottom line.

TREY GRIGGS
TREY GRIGGS
Trey began his career as a high school physics teacher & coach, also spending much of his time working with students as a youth pastor. After transitioning to a career in sales and marketing, cutting his teeth in door-to-door office supply sales for 15 months, he accepted an opportunity with a technology company in transportation & logistics. In his first year, Trey earned Sales Rep of the Year and was quickly promoted to Enterprise Sales where he led the team in revenue-generation each of the following three years.
In subsequent roles, Trey not only exceeded his sales targets, but he also became the face and the voice of the companies he represented, building a personal brand on social media to create familiarity and trust among prospects, clients and partners.
Trey enjoys coaching CEOs and their teams on branding and messaging, guiding them to build a lasting brand that attracts the right customers and team members. He is also a skilled writer producing website content, blogs, white papers, customer testimonials and social media content. C-level executives and sales & marketing leaders rely on Trey to promote and build collaboration between sales and marketing teams in order to grow revenue.
Trey also has a passion for podcasting, facilitating conversations with executives to share valuable insights. He hosts four weekly podcasts, including The Word on the Street LIVE with the #StreetCrew, Iron Minds with Hayden Allred, and The Full Send Podcast with PGA Tour Player Jared Wolfe, as well as a twice-a-week LIVE show called Standing Out: a podcast about sales, marketing & leadership.
When he’s not helping companies build brands, you can find Trey spending time with Tammy, his wife of 17 years, and their two beautiful daughters, Hannah (15) & Naomi (13). Together they love traveling by plane, train or RV all across the country, renovating their home, playing golf and other games, and writing & playing music.
NATHAN MISIRIAN
NATHAN MISIRIAN
Nathan Misirian is an expert on Google marketing strategies for businesses and organizations. A former digital marketing executive and sought-after speaker, he firmly believes that great communication, real life examples, and genuinely caring about people are the keys to lasting client relationships and fantastic results.
A wide range of clients rely on Nathan to help them with SEO (Search Engine Optimization), paid ads (AdWords), relevant social media, all under the umbrella of a holistic approach to all of their digital marketing needs. His deep knowledge, friendly approach, and can-do spirit has enabled hundreds of clients to achieve increased website visibility that attracts more customers.
What really energizes Nathan are the results that his strategy and work produces for his clients. For over 18 years, Nathan has studied and analyzed Google's algorithms on behalf of his clients. Through his unique process, he applies the algorithm strategy to implement a personalized and holistic digital strategy for businesses around the country as a true SEO Consultant.
Married to his college sweetheart, Nathan is father to two adult children and three dogs: Toby, Harley and Blue. He loves to go for long walks - about 40 miles per week, and also enjoys fishing and keeping his watch collection current.
MORGAN WALTER
MORGAN WALTER
Morgan began her career in communications and marketing after graduating from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications in December of 2021. Before joining BETA Consulting Group in April of 2022, Morgan worked in retail as a department supervisor for three years to earn valuable customer service experience and pay her way through college.
Morgan’s superpower is keeping the BETA team organized along with her ability to think outside the box when it comes to promoting BETA Consulting Group. She is also skilled at building brand awareness for BCG’s clients, and her ability to analyze engagements, build social media strategies, and leverage social media platforms and algorithms is second-to-none.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys building a tiny house with her husband, and spoiling her German Shepard, Piper. Morgan dreams of settling down somewhere with many acres of land to build her homestead.
RUTH CARRICA

Ruth started her career with BETA Consulting Group in July 2022 while working on her degree from Portland State University. Focusing primarily on the creation and production of the LIVE video podcasts within the BETA Podcast Network, Ruth also provides copy and creative direction for internal and external social media posts. Her superpower is helping podcast guests feel welcome and comfortable, as well as working with clients to provide an incredible customer experience.
When she’s not knocking out killer content and engaging podcast episodes, Ruth enjoys hanging out with friends, playing games and listening to T-Swift albums on repeat.
